The New
Fox Bay Theater

Our former classic dinner theater could be reimagined as a multi-purpose live entertainment venue, full-service restaurant, and cocktail lounge. We’ve done the preliminary feasibility work and are now accepting proposals from event space operators and visionaries.

This is your chance to be a part of an amazing and supportive community by bringing your experience, skill, vision, and talent to the Fox Bay Theater.

Prominently located and highly visible, the Fox Bay Theater is located in the heart of Whitefish Bay’s walkable downtown shopping district on Silver Spring Drive. With easy freeway access, the theater is easily accessible from North Shore suburban areas, and just 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.

New Land Enterprises owns and manages the building, and is prepared to work creatively and collaboratively with the best partners to make this vision a reality.
